Job Description

• Identify and analyze customer needs, market trends, and product requirements.
• Develop and manage product development timelines from planning to implementation.
• Coordinate and evaluate hardware and software development.
• Conduct product trials, testing, and evaluations to ensure products meet established requirements and standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and manufacturers throughout the product development process.
• Prepare product documentation and provide recommendations for product improvements, including pricing.
• Monitor project progress and ensure product development is delivered according to targets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or related fields.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Product Specialist, Product Development, R&D, Product Management, or a related role.

• Familiar with technology-based products, especially TMS, FMS, or SaaS.
• Understanding of product development and evaluation processes, particularly hardware and software.
• Experienced in preparing product documentation, reports, and analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, presentation and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams and external parties.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work towards deadlines.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, curious, and strong sense of ownership.
