Job Description
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and coordination;
- Conduct and score psychological assessments as part of recruitment and employee development;
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement dan employer branding activities;
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Passionate about Human Resources with a willingness to learn and explore future opportunities in the HR sector.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).
