Job Description
- Process end-to-end payroll including salary, overtime, commission, and deductions accurately and on time.
- Manage BPJS, employee benefits, insurance, and wellness programs in compliance with regulations.
- Maintain and update compensation schemes and benefit policies based on company needs.
- Support performance-based reward systems by managing evaluation data and coordinating with management.
- Ensure accurate HRIS records and generate payroll and benefit reports regularly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll or compensation & benefit function.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, BPJS, and payroll taxation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
- Detail-oriented, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
