Job Description
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents and agreements.
- Provide legal analysis and recommendations to mitigate business risks.
- Ensure compliance with corporate regulations, licensing, and governance.
- Assist in resolving legal disputes and corporate litigation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external legal parties when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Experience in corporate & commercial law is preferred.
- Strong understanding of legal analysis, contract drafting, and dispute resolution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and English (written & spoken).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
