Job Description
- Manage and update employee data in the HRIS system.
- Handle HR administrative tasks such as contracts, letters, and documentation.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and internal HR activities.
- Assist in organizing employee events, trainings, and HR initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal departments and HR vendors as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor degree in Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR administration is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & familiar with HRIS systems.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and a strong team player.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and follow HR procedures.
